Tooling otherwise known as Punches & Dies
are considered to be the heart of Tableting.
Tooling must be stored carefully to prevent
corrosion. Among the several storage methods
available and practiced, storing of tooling
in SS cabinets is most preferred and recommended.
Gurukirpa proudly presents its scientifically designed
modular Hygienic Stainless Steel Storage Systems
for punch & die tooling, the TOOLHYGi.
Stainless
Steel Transportation Trolley capable of carrying
4 tool holder plates of various sets can be
provided along with the TOOLHYGI
for easy transporting of tooling, at optional.
The
TOOLHYGI and Trolley are available
in MOC of Stainless Steel 304 with matt finish.
Due to the heavy weight in the Punches &
Dies we have design the Die Punch Storage Cabinet
models to resist enough load in it. Therefore
the entire Die Punch Storage Cabinet will be
made out of 18, 16 & 12 Swg.
The
TOOLHYGi is available in various
models. The drawers, each are designed to store
30 sets, 40 sets, 50 sets & 60 sets of Punches
& dies (each set includes of 1 upper punch,
1 lower punch & 1die) of B or D Type Tooling.
The Punches after after smearing oil on their
body & grease on their tips can be inserted
into the plastic sleeves that are held by specially
design tool holder plates. The sleeve holder
plates are provided with handles for easy handling.
The drawers are provided with lock / key facility
and label holders, if required. The Dies are
stored in a separate SS Box inside the drawer.
